Our goal is to ensure that all frozen products arrive in optimal condition while maintaining compliance with all applicable food safety regulations.

Shipping Area: We currently ship frozen food products within USA.
Restricted Areas: Due to transit time and regulatory limitations, we do not ship frozen products to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Delivery Days: Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent weekend delays and ensure product integrity upon delivery.

Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) may be processed the next business day.
Order Confirmation: Customers will receive an email confirmation with order details and tracking information once the shipment has been dispatched.

Packaging and Temperature Control
All frozen food products are packaged using insulated shipping materials, dry ice, andor gel packs to maintain safe temperatures during transit.
Packaging materials comply with FDA food safety guidelines and are designed to sustain frozen conditions for up to 48–72 hours, depending on destination and carrier performance.
The amount of dry ice used is calculated based on destination, weather conditions, and shipping method.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Preferred Carriers: We utilize reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or other temperature-sensitive freight services.
Service Level: All frozen shipments are sent via Express or Overnight Shipping to minimize transit time and maintain product quality.
Tracking: Customers will receive real-time tracking updates via email or text message once the shipment is in transit.

6. Delivery and Receipt
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery address.
Once delivered, packages should be immediately unpacked and placed in a freezer to preserve product quality.
AnniePearl Foods LLC is not responsible for spoilage or damage resulting from:
o Delayed pickup after delivery
o Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
o Refused or undeliverable shipments

7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, destination, and delivery speed.
Additional charges may apply for remote or rural delivery locations.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

8. Risk of Loss
All frozen shipments are carefully packed and handled; however, risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance.
In the event of shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, AnniePearl Foods LLC cannot guarantee product condition at delivery.

9. Damaged or Spoiled Products
If a product arrives damaged or thawed, customers must contact Customer Service info@anniepearlfoods.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product condition.
Upon review, eligible customers may receive a replacement or credit, at the company’s discretion.

10. Returns and Refunds
Due to food safety regulations, frozen food products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
Exceptions may be made in cases of verified product damage, incorrect items, or shipping errors directly attributable to AnniePearl Foods LLC.

11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
• Provide accurate and complete shipping information.
• Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment upon arrival.
• Follow proper storage instructions immediately after delivery.
Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in product spoilage, for which AnniePearl Foods LLC is not liable.
